Game postponed, DH tomorrow

May 14, 2010, 11:13 PM EDT

DENVER — Tonight’s game against the Rockies has been postponed due to rain. The two clubs have scheduled a day-night doubleheader for tomorrow, with the first game starting at 2:10 p.m. EDT and the nightcap starting at 8:10 p.m. EDT.

Ubaldo Jimenez will face Livan Hernandez in the opener, with Luis Atilano meeting Jason Hammel in the nightcap, if the weather cooperates.

The forecast once again is for rain tomorrow. Sunday promises sunshine and warmer temperatures.

fwiw, the guys on MLB Network had Livo-Ubaldo as their favorite pitching matchup of the night (before it was rained out). They also had some good words for the team generally.
